How to 
avail Wi-Fi service?

Find Wi-Fi network:
When you 
are at the railway station and wish to access the Wi-Fi service, initially open the Wi-Fi setting on your phone or laptop.

A Wi-Fi network 
called "RailWire" will be visible (this is the railways' official network).

Connect to the network:

Choose the "RailWire" Wi-Fi network and join.

Open login page:

Once you are connected to the network, your device will open a login page by itself. If the page does not open, you can type in the address of any website in the browser, and the login page will open.

Enter mobile number:

On the login page, you will be 
prompted to input your mobile number. Be careful to enter the right mobile number because an OTP (One-Time Password) will be delivered to your number.

Enter OTP:

Input the OTP received at your mobile in the login page.

Once you have input the OTP in the right manner, you can avail yourself of the 30 minutes Wi-Fi service.

Use Internet:

You can now begin to use the internet. The service is most often free for a limited time period (e.g., 30 minutes), and you might have to recharge afterwards.

When Wi-Fi service 
runs out:

After your limit on free internet has run out, you might return to the same login site and recharge once more, if you have paid service available
